With the Un tweeting out this:
UN HumanRights experts express profound concern over a recent statement by the US Attorney-General describing Antifa and other anti-fascist activists as domestic terrorists, saying it undermines the rights to freedom of expression and of peaceful assembly in the country.
A question starts to form. How is what Antifa is doing within the right of freedom of expression and peaceful assembly? We know they have created riots from what was a legitimate protest. While understandable one needs to think of COVID, one does understand how one can get angry over Floyd's death, but the thing is, already on the first day they lost the right for protest because it turned violent.
The first amendment states.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"
This is why they lost the right to protest, and it is no longer a peaceful assemble. We also know who turned these protest into a riot; it was Antifa and other anarchist groups. Burning down the target and attacking/killing property owners is not a peaceful assembly. Then there is just one thing left to understand from UN's tweet, freedom of expression.
Antifa or any other anarchist groups have a right to express the ideas, but when does it go from the freedom of expression to lying and using force as an expression. By that point, they have lost the freedom to express themselves. This can mostly be seen in the expression of Anti-Antifa that has now become an idea of hate by the Southern poverty law centre and anti-defamation league. If you claim that Antifa created these riots, you can get fired from your job.
If we talk about BLM we could see in the first riots BLM and many African Americans saw the "white"/Antifa people creating chaos, they left. In Boston, where the police knew how to deal with these thugs, the African Americans left once the police came, because they don't want problems, only Antifa was still there.
They made peaceful assembly violent, and they stump other peoples freedom of expression with violence. With this, they lost all rights to be defended but still for some reason, the UN defends them. They don't care that Antifa broke the first amendment of the Constitution of the United States; they think they have the right to trump laws of nation-states. Luckily for us, nothing will come out of this statement, but it is a sign why organizations like the UN should have their power to the minimum.
Let's try to learn from all of this. Why did this problem start? It is rather simple, the narrative trumps truth. This is often the issue with free speech, and it trumps truth. We need to have a more truthful speech, a testifiable speech that if someone like the UN claims that Antifa is innocent, then they should be able to testify for it. If it fails, that means they are lying, something that is allowed in today's world but should not be allowed. Why should we let organizations like the UN lie to our face?
Actions one needs to do:
We need support from higher-ups by the capitalist (Today's aristocracy). To explain to them why our system will help them more than the current system. With enough capitalist support, we don't need the leftwing infrastructure making it so we can "freely" voice our opinion and change. For example, If you now say "Antifa bad" you will get fired because you are in the system that is ruled by the left. With freedom from these structures, you can say "Antifa bad" and not lose your income. If you look at Tucker Carlson, They tried to cancel all of his money but because he has support by capitalist he can keep doing his show.
Go into local communities. We know that local news is essential, and this is something that is often not touched by the left-wing. Creating articles, telling people news and building up a robust local community can make it so that even if they "cancel" you one can survive it with the help of the community.
